Customer Service Representative / Sales Support: Johnstown Colorado Office Reports to: Sales ManagerFLSA Status: Non-Exempt____________________________________________________________ Position Summary: Our Customer Service Representative/Sales Support will work with the customers and Regional Sales Managers to efficiently process orders and ensure accurate and timely execution throughout the sales process. In addition, act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging issues that our client may face. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage large amount of incoming calls. Identify and access customer’s needs to achieve a satisfaction.Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.Receive orders from Sales Manager and enter into the system efficiently and accurately. Follow communication procedures, guideline and procedures. Go the extra mile to engage customers. Distribute price list, order confirmations, shipping documents, spec sheets and other items as requested.RequirementsMinimum of 1-year Administrative experience.College background is beneficial but not a must.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated.Excellent follow up skills. Familiar with order entry systems and ability to learn intercompany computer technology. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Background in customer and/ or sales support.Skills needed Administrative/ClericalStrong phone skills and active listeningCustomer Service, Problem Solving, Self- Motivation, Documentation Skills, Analyzing Information, Multi-taskingCompensationHourly commensurate with previous experience to include upward growth.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.?
