Accreditation Fees
Approved Centre Accreditation to deliver BCS accredited qualifications
BCS accredited exam set-up fee
This is a one-off fee. The accreditation and exam set up fees are payable on the commencement of a centre's accreditation start date.
Annual accreditation renewal fee
Paid annually on the anniversary of the centre's accreditation start date.
Apprentice Registration
BCS registration per apprentice
Early Bird Registration Refund For apprentices registered on ACE360 and allocated to BCS nine months prior to the EPA approval date, BCS will deduct ?47 from the price of the end-point assessment. This offer relates to apprentices registered from 1 September 2022 to 31 August 2023.
Please note that the early bird offer came into effect on the 1st October 2021 and does not relate to apprentices registered on ACE360 before that date. The 2022/23 early bird refund will revert to ?44 for apprentices registered from 1 September 2023.

End-Point Assessment
Last year BCS included a number of incentives for apprenticeship training providers as organisations built back and transitioned out of the Covid imposed restrictions. We are pleased to say we are retaining the 21/22 prices to the end of August 2023, but please note that these prices are expected to revert to the standard prices from 1 September 2023. All reduced / special prices are clearly marked below.
