App and business goals

Here it is an app which aims to help sales people accomplish CRM business requirements in real time. It won't full cover all the Dynamics CRM features available through the standard web client and mobile app. It wants to ease and throttle key CRM activities salespersons and sales managers are required even while on the go. The following guidelines have set the desing's goals:

? Focus only company's real key sales business processes ? Minimize CRM users effort ? Easy to use ? Fast and responsive

Key business processes

The app goals will be met if any of the following activities will be simpler for CRM users. ? Complete their scheduled appointments right after the meeting. ? Get access to customer details in mobility ? Fill in marketing data gaps

In the following paragraphs each action will be described in details.

CRM clients

The app is connected in real time with the CRM organization users usually access through web client.

All data displayed on the app is read from the CRM. All data edited and created on the app is written to the CRM.

With this app CRM user will have another client to consume CRM data. All other clients are available as well: - Web client (browser) - Microsoft Outlook client for Dynamics CRM

App is available for both Android and iOS devices. Both smartphone and tablet devices are supported. Download app from your Enterprise App Store Get the app on Enterprise Play Store

Important You won't be able to use this app if you don't have the correct privileges. Your system administrator can configure privileges for you.
