NIMO Team 1 has been mobilized to assist Disaster Recovery Staff with organizing a safe, efficient and

orderly transition from response to recovery in all hurricane impacted areas across the Southern Region.

Hurricane Helene Support 每 NC, North Carolina Forest Service. CIMT (NC State). Primary mission is to

coordinate emergency road clearing efforts, perform damage assessments and deliver commodities

throughout western North Carolina.

Rush, Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge, FWS. CIMT (SA Team 1). Fifteen miles northwest of

Lawton, OK. Timber, grass and brush. Minimal fire behavior with backing, creeping and smoldering. Numerous

structures threatened. Area, road and trail closures in effect.

Cimarron Bend, Oklahoma, DOF. Two miles north of Cashion, OK. Grass and timber. No new information.

Euchee Creek, Oklahoma DOF. Four miles southeast of Cushing, OK. Grass and timber. No new information.

Clara, Texas A&M Forest Service. Started on private land 7 miles west of Burkbernett, TX. Chaparral. No new

information.

Indian Creek, Oklahoma DOF. Five miles southeast of Seiling, OK. Grass and timber. No new information.

Rupe-Market, Oklahoma DOF. Five miles south of Garber, OK. Grass and timber. No new information.

North Road, Osage Agency, BIA. One mile south of Pawhuska, OK. Grass and brush. No new information.
