MotionPro And Windows 10 v1803

Microsoft released the Windows 10 v1803 on April 30. This update blocks MotionPro client from properly establishing L3VPN tunnel with standard Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol (SSTP) being set as default.

To successfully launch an L3 tunnel with MotionPro, download the latest MotionPro version from Array Networks Support download site.



The Virtual Network Card Type needs to be set to VNIC under VPN Options as illustrated in screenshots below.

Select VNIC, click Save and restart MotionPro.

An alternative solution is to download the latest MotionPro client with Virtual Network Card set to VNIC as default.
