Sweetener to choose from (we love vegan honey, agave syrup or carob syrup) Method 1/ Add 1-2 tablespoons of Aura Chai's original chai latte blend to the pot (or chai pot, if you feel like it! Cover with hot water 100-150 mel. 2/ Add a sweetener to choose from ? we usually use around 1-3 tablespoons. It's totally optional and the quantity depends on you ? if you have a sweet tooth, you might want to add more. Or you can decide to just go with one or two teaspoons and see how it tastes. In fact, you don't really need a sweetener at all ? but our blends are all 100% sugar free, so it's recommended. A little sweetness brings the flavor of all these delicious spices. 3/ Right now your kitchen (and the rest of your house, probably!) will be filled with the beautiful aroma of chai. Add 200-250 ym oat milk and turn on the heat. You want the heat to be low-medium, do not boil the chai, as this can impair the flavor of tea and spices. 4/We usually cook our chai for 5-10 minutes.
