Terms and Conditions:
• Process of Merchandise Handling
Items to be auctioned must be in the possession of the Sophie’s Cottage to prepare for sale as well as to ship to the buyer. Consignor will be responsible for the cost of delivering merchandise to Sophie’s Cottage.
• Representation
Items will be promoted and marketed with integrity, best effort and good taste. Items will research, photograph, describe, list, sell, collect payment, pack and ship merchandise
• Consignment Fees
Consignee will retain 50% of the total sales amount pre-fees.
• Selling Fees
Consignor is responsible for all fees from the sale, including eBay listing fees, eBay final value fees, PayPal fees, packing supplies.
• Record, Receipts & Payment
Within twenty-one (21) days of the conclusion of the auctions, a full and complete accounting with detailed verification will be mailed to you along with your check.
• Removal of items
Items cannot be removed once the contract has been signed.
