WEBSITE ADVERTISING FORM INSTRUCTIONS

This form is in Word format so that you can fill in the information with your computer and then print a

copy to mail with your payment.

RENEWAL POLICY:

You will be sent a renewal reminder via Email prior to the date that your advertising expires. If

payment is not received prior to that date, a follow up notice will be sent notifying you that your

business link will be shut down until payment is received.
