I also realized how little of it, it can be. I’ve noticed I at most times, skip meals. Skipping meals is not very healthy for your body. It is important to eat 3 meals a day. It is also important to not skip breakfast so I do the best that I can. One healthy low-calorie meal, that I would actually enjoy would have to be:-1 cup of spinach (7)-1 tomato slice (4)-1 bell pepper slice (3)-Homemade salad dressing w/ extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, spicy seed mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (16)I would also make my homemade green drink that includes:-Spinach, frozen berries, a banana, a green apple, orange juice, & a pinch of cinnamon (50)I truly enjoy veggies and salads. I wish I made more time in my day to actually make them and pack them for lunch. Spinach is one of my favorite greens and it makes me feel good to eat them. The green drinks are simple and fast to make. They don’t always look so good, but I enjoy their taste. This whole week made me realize how I need to change my eating habits or lack of. There are days when I may skip a meal and then take awhile to eat the next one. Doing this is affecting my metabolism and it is important that I make it a point to eat at least 3 solid meals a day. Also, I don’t feel like my food choices are so healthy. I think I need to work on my Starbucks spending as well. Instead of starbucks, I can easily make coffee at home and take it on the go. OR, order a plain iced coffee at Starbucks. So, instead of a Grande Soy Iced White Mocha (330), I can order a Grande soy iced coffee with 2 pumps of caramel (120). I also can eliminate bad calories by continuing to eat at home. Packing lunches will prevent me from spending money and spending money at places like fast food on the go restaurants. ................
