1 tablespoon all purpose flour. 1 8 oz can tomato sauce. 1 teaspoon vinegar. ¾ teaspoon salt. ½ teaspoon dried oregano. ¼ teaspoon ground cumin. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder.
