1. Unless otherwise noted, all values are listed as U.S. funds. All stated values, as listed in this program are set by the donors.
2. All auction items MUST be paid for and picked up by the end of the auction. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
3. Individual donations include or specify different things, such as number of people included; time period the donation must be taken; inclusion of meals, lodging, fees, and/or transportation; type of equipment that may be used; etc. As a general rule, licenses and transportation to the location of donated service are not included unless otherwise specified. The donation/trip must be taken under the circumstances as listed in the Auction List and Auction Receipt. These are the conditions of the contract you are purchasing. Please read the descriptions and limitations carefully! If changes to the written description are desired by the Purchaser, that will have to be worked out with the Donor on his or her terms. (Example: If purchaser desires to take trip in alternate year after the purchase is made, donor may require purchaser to bring a full paying customer or charge an additional fee.)
4. With regard to Canadian trips/hunts, unless otherwise stated, there will be a six-percent G.S.T. tax payable prior to taking the trip/hunt. If you will be bringing a firearm across the border, you are responsible for any registration fees, as well as the registration paperwork, which your outfitter may be able to assist you with.
5. We try our best to solicit donations only from competent donors. However, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OR THE SUCCESS OF ANY AUCTION ITEMS PURCHASED AT THIS AUCTION. Note: It is often very important that you contact your donor as soon as possible to book your trip/hunt dates before all dates are filled.
6. Please report the results of your donated trip on the Report Form included in your buyer’s packet. Your input helps us to ensure that high quality donations will be available to our bidders in future years. We would also like to encourage all buyers to submit photos and/or a short report (from a few words to a complete story) for publication in the chapter newsletter, BROADHEADlines. This ranch was stablished in a location of the Argentine Pampas where the ongoing study and monitoring of species ensures guests the most prized trophies in Big Game Hunting Argentina, but with the most careful consideration of nature and the healthy practice of the sport. The variety of game, the aggressiveness of some species and the cunning of others, require the hunter to sharpen his dexterity, ingenuity, patience and good aim in order to obtain his trophy. Our chapter President Don Van De Stene and his son Kevin took 3 wolves and 1 coyote on this hunt in February 2017! As luck would have it, Kevin took 2 wolves and a coyote while Don took his large beautiful wolf on the last afternoon there. Accommodations which is a basic cabin is clean but a little rustic and meals are included. Any wolves after the first wolf will cost an addition $1500. North Carolina holds roughly 75% of all the Atlantic flyway Tundra swans and it also winters more swans than anywhere else in the world. The combination of the Pamlico Sound, Lake Mattamuskeet NWR, and rich agriculture fields, provides ideal habitat for these large birds. Dare To Hyde has access to many fields and impoundments and our guides are constantly scouting so that you-the client-has the best opportunity to take that trophy swan when you arrive to hunt with us. All of our hunts are done over swan decoys and our guides are very knowledgeable when it comes to hunting these birds. As stated above, your hunt may take place in a field or in an impoundment.
