We appreciate you thinking about how heavy some of your items are and planning ahead accordingly. If a team member has any questions or needs to make changes or reduce your order they will call you directly. Can I order alcohol through this service?Yes, however an adult with a valid photo ID must meet our delivery personnel outside. Your teenage son or daughter can NOT receive groceries with alcohol by themselves. When can you deliver my groceries? This service is initially targeting working parents, the elderly and the disabled at launch. Our projected service window is Monday through Friday 10am to 5:00pm. You can still send your email anytime. For example say you place an order via email at 2am; you can expect delivery sometime after 10am the same day. Any orders received after 4pm may have to be delivered the next day.When should I expect my groceries after my order is confirmed by a Team Member?From the time your order is confirmed either via email or phone and depending upon the size of your order and location, we estimate 1 hour for the shopping and 30-45 minutes to load and deliver. I didn’t get what I asked for!Please, in the body of your email always be as specific as possible.The more information you can provide us about your shopping preferences and the more times we deliver to you; the better we will become shopping for you. When you signed up for this there was a Guest Profile sheet that you filled out; you can always add to that by sending us an email inahurrygtn@ stating that you always have low-fat milk products or that you like really green bananas etc. Again we will call you if we have any questions.I need to return something that was delivered.All returns will be handled the next time we deliver to you. An email or phone call is appreciated once you find any problems with your delivery.Say for example you got roses or a bell pepper that either went bad too quickly or wasn’t up to our quality standards. In that event we will give you that item(s) or another item you need of equal value to replace the damaged item next time you order with us. Monetary refunds require your signature and for that reason cannot be done over the telephone. I am disabled why can’t your team members enter my home to put my groceries on the counter? For legal reasons Whole Foods Market cannot allow this. Please have your nanny, caretaker or housekeeper meet us at the door. We cannot make exceptions to this rule. It sounds like you cannot guarantee much?Not true. Once we have successfully delivered to your home or business and understand your grocery needs these estimated times and distances will naturally reduce. Our goal is to make our customers satisfied and delighted and we appreciate your patience towards our learning curve during this initial launch phase. I’m worried about all this data you have about me?We adhere to the strictest privacy standards and PCI compliance. Any information about you or your shopping habits is only used to shop your order and is not shared within or outside the company. You will never be contacted by Whole Foods or any other business because of information you share with us.What if it’s raining?Depending upon weather we may not be able to deliver on certain days.
