Down and Featherproof Ticking

White, Poly/Cotton Nankin Cloth is an extremely high quality ticking. This tightly woven fabric prevents feathers and down from working through the cover, necessary whenever feathers or down are used.

Covered Buttons

Requirements: 1. Button covering machine. 2. Button covering dies. 3. Button covering molds.

Button covering dies fit our machine and insert easily. A separate set of dies is required for each button size. Die sets include steel cutters to cut the button covers.

Molds consist of a shell and a back. The shell gives shape to the covered button and the back provides the means of attachment.

All mold types: loop, clinch (prong), pivot and snap-on can be covered with the same size die as the mold.

A very practical machine for the small shop. Requires die sets; not included.

Regular Eye - The industry's choice for twine tufting; heavy eye will withstand 80 lbs. pull-out test.

#44 Small-Eye - Available in No. 22 and No. 30. This mold has a smaller eye and is intended to be used against delicate materials and vinyls to minimize piercing and runs. Also to be used on thinly padded cushions. This replaces the outdated canvas tuft back.
