[Pages:1]Are you getting the Gray Screen of Frustration instead of a PDF? It looks like this:

Note that it says "Done" at the bottom of the screen, even though you aren't currently reading that article you tried to open, so it's clearly NOT DONE.

Don't despair! This can be easily fixed, and you have two ways to go about it. The Quick Way:

1. Copy the URL out of the address bar and paste it into another browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, because they are apparently still on speaking terms with Adobe Reader X.

The other way is a little more involved, but not complicated, and it should stick around for the next time you try to open another misbehaving PDF. The Other Way:

1. Open Adobe Reader X (click the Start button and type Adobe in the search box) 2. Click on Edit, then Preferences. 3. Find the category for Internet on the left side, and click on that. 4. Uncheck the box next to Display PDF in browser. 5. Click OK and close Adobe Reader X. 6. Go back to the Gray Screen of Frustration, click the Refresh button, and read your article!
