4. List scholarships and awards received. Indicate the date received, and the nature of the scholarship or award (i.e. academic achievement, recognition of leadership, etc.)

5. Please list the course name and number, professor, dates, and destination for the Study Abroad experience in which you are planning to participate. 7. Honors Study Abroad Scholarships range from $1,000 to $2,000 in value. Please indicate the amount for which you are applying and provide a justification to support your request. Use an additional sheet if needed.

Please provide an essay describing why you wish to participate in the selected Study Abroad experience, how it will enhance your overall Program of Study and experiences as an undergraduate at EMU and student in The Honors College, and describe ways that you would foresee supporting Honors recruiting for Study Abroad next year.
