• Large Scale Implementation of Science Portfolios

During the academic year 1998-99, I have been given responsibility by Ohio Department of Education to train science teachers in the use of science portfolios as a form of authentic assessment. In this effort, I have trained over 900 science teachers in seven different workshops from all over the state. Follow-up activities and other curriculum coordination project are being completed.
