Windows 10 Mail 1. Open Windows 10 Mail. Select cog icon in the bottom left corner and then select Accounts from the right sidebar. Next select your existing NCTC Email Account from the list.

2. Select Change mailbox sync settings option at the bottom.

3. Scroll down to the very bottom and select Advanced mailbox settings.

4. Change the Incoming server and Outgoing server to mail. Then click Done.
