Windows 10 upgrade ‐ “Unable to access Sentinel Run‐time ...
Windows 10 upgrade - "Unable to access Sentinel Run-time Environment (H0033)" when trying to start Digitizer.
This means that the Sentinel LDK License Manager service has stopped, so there is an easy fix for this: Right-click on the Windows Start button icon located in the bottom left of your computer screen. Choose "Control Panel".
If the view is currently Category View, you will need to change that to Large or Small icons so you can see the extended view.
Now, click "Administrative Tools".
Double-click to open "Services".
Scroll down until you see "Sentinel LDK License Manager". Click this just once so it is highlighted, then you will see in the upper left of that window the current state of that service. You should see "Start the service" Now you should click "Start" to start the service, this will allow the dongle to give permission to your Digitizer to open. You can now close out of these screens and start Easy Design.
