Standard Windows Installer properties supported are listed below. They are case sensitive, and must be specified in upper case.
NO_CANCEL
Valid value is YES. Disables the Cancel button when used in conjunction with the Reduced UI setting (/qr).
REBOOTPROMPT
Valid value is S (for Suppress). This will suppress the prompt for reboot.
REBOOT
Valid value is R (Really Suppress). This is used when you absolutely do not want a reboot to occur during installation. This is most useful for allowing one to do chained installs without having to reboot the system.

UNMANAGED_SNMP_SUPPORT
- Setting this parameter equal to T will allow the NCRFSM component to start even though the terminal is not configured to communicate with a RSM Server. The NCRFSM component is required for SNMP functionality to work properly. This parameter is only used if the RSM_MANAGED_TERMINAL property is set equal to F.
Server Name
RSM_SERVER_NAME = RSM’s mirror server name (if not specified and client is managed, auto discovery will be enabled)

Security Setting Options
For internet explorer setting options for XP SP2
CONFIGURE_SECURITY_SETTINGS=Y, N
1. Y: It allows modifying Internet Explorer browser security settings required for RSM.
2. N: Does not allow modifying Internet Explorer browser security settings. If browser settings are not modified during installation, the required settings must be modified manually for full RSM functionality. Refer to the RSM User’s Guide for more information.
Firewall Setting Options

1. Y: It modifies the Firewall Settings of the system that is needed for RSM.
2. N: Does not modify the Firewall Settings at all.
NOTE: If N is selected or another firewall is present, the RSM required ports, must be opened manually. Refer to the RSM User’s Guide for more information.
Event Log Wrapping
Application Log – contains events logs by programs. For example, records a file error

Security Log – records events such as valid and invalid logon attemps, as well as events related to resource use, such as creating, opening, or deleting of files

System Log – contains events logged by Windows XP system components. For example, driver fails to load during startup.

Miscellaneous:
INIFILE= is a configuration file that contains configuration data, a fully qualified path to INI file containing parameters. This is used in order to make the configuration easier. Initialize file is of three (3) parts, the Section which starts with ‘[’and ends with ‘]’, the parameters which are made up of a key (INSTALLCP), an equal sign (=) and a value (YES/NO). And lastly is the comment that begins with ‘;’.
