Go to this website Download Wabbitemu Run Wabbitemu.exe

Select "Create a ROM image using open source software.

Select Calculator Type TI-84 Plus SE.

Select OS 2.53 MP.

Save ROM file.

The window shown below should appear on your desktop.

From Calculator menu, select Enable Skin.

A TI-84 Plus Silver Edition Calculator emulator with OS 2.53MP should appear on your desktop.
