Open the user’s properties in AD,
Open the user’s properties in AD,
On the profile tab, set the home folder path like below.
When you click apply, AD will resolve the name and it will show
\\server\users\test.user

Open your default domain policy and go to user configuration / windows settings/ folder redirection.

Right Click on My Documents and select properties.
