HELPERS – LETTER NEEDS TO GO OUT

AGREE ON FOOD

CLASSROOMS AS BEFORE - Yr 2 for secret present room, year 3 for arts and crafts, year 4 for second hand toys.

Set up: after school on Friday, to do grotto and hall as far as possible as dance club still there. From 9.00/9.30 on Saturday morning. SALLY SPOKE WITH SUE TO ASK ABOUT DANCE CLUB

Clear up: As many people as possible. I have to leave straight after event so could someone supervise this please. Also the past couple of years one or two of us have gone in for half an hour on Sunday morning to give Bob a hand just to vac (especially in the craft rooms). Or does someone have a good vac they could bring on the Saturday to help have a blast round – let me know what you think.

Raffle – Each member of the PTA donate one item i.e. coffee, pud, chocs, cards etc
