We have a fabulous programme of events as well as a magnificent menu of simply scrumptious food & drink experiences to be enjoyed whether staying at the resort or just visiting for the day. This brochure covers our entire winter season - from our countdown through November and the array of events we are running as part of the Food From Fife `St Andrews Food & Drink Festival', through the magical delights of Christmas and our New Year celebrations. Warming up for Winter

In November, we celebrate the countdown to St Andrews Day with a calendar of activities to support the Savour `St Andrews Food & Drink Festival'. It is the perfect warm up for our Christmas season ... an array of foodie festivities, tempting tasters and delicious demonstrations involving the resort's team of award-winning chefs.

FESTIVAL `STREET FOOD MARKET'

Date: Sunday 5th Nov/ Time: Noon ? 3pm

Launching the Festival is a unique event on Sunday 5th November that will see a collaboration of award-winning chefs from across St Andrews working together to create a mouth-watering sampling of tastes from the chefs. Served in our stunning Hall of Champions, the launch will showcase the very best of Scotland's larder. This will sell out - so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Tickets are ?25.00 per person (free for under 5's and ?7.50 for 6-12 yrar olds).

FESTIVAL DINNER

Date: Thursday 30th Nov/ Time: 7pm

In association with Savour St Andrews get a taste of what St Andrews has to offer with our festival dinner. Served in The Hall Of Champions, the dinner gathers St Andrews' most fabulous chefs for a six-course culinary extravaganza. Each course will be served by a different chef from around St Andrews and, should you wish, you'll even be able to watch the chefs preparing your food via screens dotted around the venue. As well as a cooking masterclass, you'll enjoy a drinks reception, brought to you by St Andrews Brewing Co.

Tickets are priced at ?75.00.

OUR CHRISTMAS EMPORIUM

SATURDAY 25TH AND SUNDAY 26TH NOVEMBER 2017 11AM - 4PM

Our Emporium has grown and grown since its inception in 2012 and is now a major event in the St Andrews calendar. It attracts many of the region's very best companies from the world of arts & crafts as well as food & drink - exhibiting throughout the hotel, and providing an excellent opportunity to shop for beautiful Christmas gifts. The entire hotel is transformed into a Winter Wonderland - with stunning seasonal decorations, carol singers, open fires, a mouthwatering collection of food & drink experiences and - of course - one very special guest! Father Christmas joins us in his Grotto.

1pm - 2.30pm in the Tom Morris Room - entry is free of charge Our Executive Chef, Martin Hollis, comes in from the cold after his run of cookery demos at the Fife Farmers' Market to deliver a programme of hints and tips for Christmas!

Our award-winning Sands restaurant becomes a pop-up caf? for the day, serving piping hot chocolate, teas & coffees ... with a delectable selection of freshly made sandwiches, pastries and treats.

As the sun starts to set, a decadent and traditional Afternoon Tea will be served in the Conservatory. And as it is Christmas, why not treat yourselves to a little sparkle with our Champagne Afternoon Tea.

Our Jigger Inn, the world's most famous 19th hole, will serve a succulent Hog Roast from 12noon. Roasted hog in soft rolls with stuffing and apple sauce ? washed down with a pint of our exclusive Jigger Ale or a glass of warm, spiced mulled wine.

Join us in our 3 AA rosette-awarded Road Hole Restaurant, high on the fourth floor with spectacular views across the Old Course for our hearty emporium lunch.

As a tribute to the BBC's best-loved sitcom, we invite you to join us for pre-dinner drinks - served at 7pm - before you take your seats.

The 2-hour show sees Basil, Sybil and Manuel serving up a 1970s-style 3-course dinner...

Anything can happen ? because much of the show is completely improvised by the fantastic cast. It has been called "Five-star rollercoaster entertainment". We are delighted to welcome the event back to St Andrews ? and we look forward to welcoming you to this unique experience!
