Message From the County Manager
Dear Colleagues,
YOU are essential! As an employee of Forsyth County Government, our collective success depends on each one of us consistently providing the highest quality service to our owners the Forsyth County citizens. I often say that we are judged by every interaction we have with our citizens and we literally have thousands of these impressions every day. It is a demanding job, and I appreciate your decision to spend a career in public service. The Forsyth County Government Employee Handbook provides important guidelines for interacting with clients, customers, citizens and each other with integrity. Our culture is based on our WeCare Shared Principles, which guide all of our decisions and actions. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the handbook and make a commitment to follow it. Remember that Forsyth County's culture starts with you. If you ever have questions or concerns about policy, please discuss with your supervisor or Human Resources. Thank you for everything you do to ensure Forsyth County is a great workplace for all. Sincerely,
