The Salvation Army needs to see proof of all income, expenses, and resources (such as receipts, bills, paycheck stubs, other income statements, bank statements, etc.) in your household for the last 30 days at the minimum. Appointments may be made by calling: ● M – F The Salvation Army at 336-722-8721 or 336-529-9909 Please come to Just Hope Inc., 643 Wilkesboro St., Mocksville, NC, 27028 on Wednesdays, from 9 am – 1 pm if you have made an appointment or Mondays – Fridays at The Salvation Army of WS, located at 1255 N Trade St , Winston Salem, NC 27101 (8:30 – 12:30 and 1 pm – 4 pm) and are able to provide the following REQUIRED information:Photo ID (Client only)Proof of Income for the past 30 days for EVERYONE in your householdCan be any of the following or a combination:Paycheck stubs or letter from employerSocial Security, SSI, Pension, or Disability informationWFFA amount or printoutChild SupportChecking / Savings Account informationAny other income you may haveBills for what you owe AND receipts for what has been paid in the past 30 days:Rent or Mortgage? Child SupportElectricity? Car PaymentWater? Insurance (Car or Medical)Fuel Oil or Natural Gas? Credit Card Statements and other loansFood and Incidentals? TelephoneMedical Expenses? CableChild Care?
