All fees must be paid when booking plus a $50 deposit. Deposits will be refunded and mailed if refund requirements are met.

PACKAGE #2 - $70

(Space limited in gymnasium during Fall & Winter months)

PACKAGE #3 - $80

PACKAGE #4 - $90

POOL RULES

*Children under the age of 8yrs must be supervised by an adult in the pool. *Anyone on pool deck must have a wristband. Extra wristbands can be

purchased through the birthday party. $3 extra per person.

*No outside toys or flotation device allowed in pool area.

Reservations need to be made at least one week in advance with all fees paid when booking and a $50 deposit which will be refunded by mail if all requirements are met.

Requirement: no outside food except for cake & ice cream, no cake paper products provided, food purchased from Center Court that day must be purchased at Center Court prices, aware of pool/slide hours, aware of

closed toed shoes/40lbs limit, must check in room no earlier when agreed, room must be cleaned & checked out by time agreed, floors must be left clean (trash, cake, etc.), trash disposed in trash cans provided, take out what you bring in, check for any damage done, you must be checked out of room by a Legacy Center Staff and if you have met the requirements above your deposit will be mailed within 2 weeks after date of party. Additional $3 per person can be added up to one week prior to party, or pay the day of party and additional pizza maybe

purchased for $8.75 pizza/soda$2 a pitcher up to one week prior to party , or pay day of party $8.75 pizza /soda$2 at Center Court.
