TUBASLIDE GROUP RATES AND PARTY PACKAGES

Perfect for those budget conscious customers who still want to have a great time. Tube for just 1 hour or 2!

Weekdays: 1 Hour: $13 per person 2 Hours: $18 per person

Weekends: 1 Hour: $19 per person 2 Hours: $25 per person

Package #2 ? TubaSlide Party

Celebrate in style ? Includes 1 or 2 hours of tubing, hot chocolate and the use of the TubaSlide party tent.

Weekdays: 1 Hour: $18 per person 2 Hours: $25 per person

Weekends: 1 Hour: $23 per person 2 Hours: $31 per person

Package #3 ? Ultimate TubaSlide Party

Have the ultimate party with this all-inclusive option Includes 1 or 2 hours of tubing, your choice of

hamburgers, hot dogs, or grilled cheese served with chips, hot chocolate and drinks, the use of the

TubaSlide party, tent plus a Ski Ward staff member to serve your guests.

Weekends: 1 Hour: $31 per person 2 Hours: $39 per person

*Weekend pricing is in effect during school vacations and holidays. These dates include but are not limited to: 24-31 December 2018. 1 January 2019, 21 January 2019, and 18-22 February 2019.

Policies

? Rates are based on a minimum of 10 people. ? Parties must be booked in advance to receive group rates. ? A $50 or more non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due prior to your

event upon arrival. ? All participants must be at least 6 years old AND 42" tall. ? No outside food (except for birthday cake) is allowed in TubaSlide tents. ? *TubaSlide Parties include cups and napkins inside the tent ? Additional discounts do not apply. ? For larger outings and parties we can cater a menu to your needs! ? Special openings/closings available for large groups.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do we have the TubaSlide Party Tent for? With Package #2, guests will have access to the TubaSlide Party Tent during the duration of their time

tubing as well as for 45 minutes after their Tubaslide time. With Package #3, guests will have access to the TubaSlide Party Tent during the duration of their time tubing as well as for 1 hour after their Tubaslide time.

Do parents stay? Some parents stay to watch their children who are part of a group, others leave, as the host you can

decide whether you want to be responsible for other people's children.

What if parents want to tube? If you would like to invite parents to tube then they will be counted in the final headcount for your party.

If you do not wish to include parents, parents can buy their own TubaSlide Ticket at Customer Service. Please advise your party host prior to the start of your event if you would like to offer tubing and food to parents.

How much hot chocolate will we get? The amount of hot chocolate we make is based on your final headcount provided to us 5 days prior to your

event. If you plan to offer hot chocolate to non-tubing guests please let us know prior to the start of your event. Additional fees may apply.

Can people who are too young to tube/do not want to tube eat? If you have guests who will not be tubing but still want to be part of the festivities, they can be added at a discounted rate of $12 per person. These non-tubing guests will be offered food and drinks and waited on by the party host like the rest of the party.

How early should we arrive? As the host, you should arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.

Are we allowed to bring in our own food and drinks? All outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. The only exception is a birthday cake or cupcakes

(nut free) which is allowed with Package #3 only.

Where do we keep our things? With Packages #2 and #3 you have the use of our TubaSlide Party Tent where you are welcome to keep

your things. There are also lockers available for rent in our main lodge at the Customer Service desk.

Are waivers required? Yes, every TubaSlide participant needs a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
