In order to log back into your Medialink MLWR-AC1200R after setting it up as a Wireless Repeater or a Wired Access Point, you will need to nd the new IP Address that is assigned to it by your Primary Router.

You can do this by logging into your Primary Router and nding the Medialink AC1200 in its list of attached devices or you can use a command prompt on a computer in your network.

1 Open A Command Terminal

To open a command prompt on your Windows computer, go to the Windows search bar and type "cmd".

2 Scan For All Network Devices

At the blinking prompt, type "arp -a" and hit enter.

Type "arp -a" and hit enter.

To open a command prompt on your Mac computer, go to the Spotlight magnifying glass icon and type "terminal".

3 Find Your Medialink AC1200

Find the Physical Address (aka MAC Address) that starts with "14-35-8B" and that is your Medialink AC1200.

Find the Physical Address starting with "14-35-8B" to determine the IP Address of

your MLWR-AC1200R.

4 Find Your AC1200's New IP Address

The Internet Address or IP Address next to that Physical Address is the new IP Address of your Medialink AC1200.

In this example, the IP Address of your AC1200 would be 10.1.10.15

5 Type The New IP Address Into A Browser Window

Open an internet browser and type the new IP Address into the address bar. For this example, you would type 10.1.10.15 and hit enter to go to the settings page of your Medialink AC1200

Type the new IP Address of your AC1200 in the address bar and hit

enter.
