THE ONLINE RENEWAL PORTAL IS NOW OPEN!



Important: Supervisors need to renew first and acknowledge their supervisory roles before rig operators and business registrations can renew. Make needed changes to contact information using the link listed below the email address and phone number at the top of the renewal portal page. Remember to print the license/registration card when finished. Paper copies of license and registration cards will no longer be mailed by the department. WWWA October 4th continuing education session attendees ? wait and renew after October 11th to allow time for attendance data to be submitted to and processed by the DNR.

e-PAYMENT SYSTEM tips:

1. Do not use the browser back arrow. Attempting to return to the renewal portal from e-PAYMENT SYSTEM using the back arrow will terminate the renewal process. You will need to return the next day to start the online renewal process again. 2. Most applicants use "Pay Without Registering" unless making multiple payments with a company credit card and business contact information. 3. Use "Register" to set up an account and payment method. Registering is done by the first individual in the company (usually the supervisor) to go through the payment process. 4. "Register" allows subsequent users in the company to access the account to pay their fees. Fees are processed one application at a time. The account payment method can be applied to each transaction without re-entering credit card and contact information.
