Words are powerful. Speak positive words to yourself. Regardless of how you feel, look to God's Word for promises you can trust. Ask others to support you with encouraging words when you get overwhelmed and frustrated during delivery. What words are you speaking about yourself? Negative words have no value. They are empty. When you start reading the Bible, you will see that God is full of mercy and grace. He loves you and wants you to have peace. Words have power, take them seriously.
Words are important to God

Write down promises of God that you want to remember and remind yourself of them daily.
Prayer
"Dear God, every morning I get up and feel crummy - I don't know how much more I can take. These contractions are rough and I just want to get this delivery over with. Help me to remember that these things are only temporary and there is a great reward at the end of the pregnancy. Thank you that you provide wise words of comfort and peace in the Bible. Help me to surround myself with people who will encourage me and give me positive words of affirmation. Amen."
