A little Shih Tzu woke up blind and soon was hemorrhaging from the mouth. She was saved and can see a little, but is far from normal. Another respondent to my brief survey, Karen Eberl, has a dog named Loki that was diagnosed with E. equi and Lyme disease in April after an eye exam revealed retinal lesions. He was on doxycycline for 3 months. ................
