Senior Link of Yolo County is a free information and assistance program established in 2010 to connect older adults , families, and caregivers to programs and services inYolo County that meet their needs. Senior Link provides information and assistance in person, by phone, or at one of six outreach sites in the County. Senior Link of Yolo County is funded, in part, by the Agency on Aging\Area 4.

The need for information about resources inYolo County has been consistently identified as a gap in services for older adults in the community. In 2010, there were 28,737 Yolo County residents age 60 and above, and that number is expected to grow each year until the number of older adults in the County surpasses the population of children.We are pleased to be able to publish the Resource Directory and hope that you find its contents useful.
