The engagement will facilitate both business and technology discussions covering the following: Microsoft PPM Deep Dive Demonstration Session - Demonstrate the Microsoft PPM solution from end-to-end Walk through all main functionality.Defining PPM Technology Framework – This Session will Highlight key differences between the Project Server and Project Online solutions. Focus on differences affecting key business objectives (e.g. reporting, integration, etc.) then select the appropriate solution for the organization.Portfolio and Business Strategy Alignment - We will describe a typical high-level end-to-end Project Management lifecycle. Help you understand Demand Management building blocks with PPM: Enterprise Project Types, Project Detail Pages, Workflows.
