Choose to use this patter for a babyblanket or a rug. Size: The flower is approx. 20x20 cm, the blanket/rug is approx. 85x85 cm. Hook: 10 mm & 15 mm. Garn: Phildar Express, 1 skein each of the colours Blanc, Jean, Minerai, Noir & Rosee. Pingouin Dream, 1 skein of the colour Berlingot.

Tips! Since the yarn is so thick you can devide it in smaller threads to be able to fasten it later (if you don't have a big needle). If you want to make a bigger blanket, just follow the pattern and add more flowers to get the size you wish for. Be careful not to waste with Dream since it just last precisely.

Make 3 flowers each in colours Noir, Blanc, Minerai and Rosee, and 4 flowers in colour Jean (the skein was just enough so make the ends short). Ch 5 (=1 dc, 1 ch) Row 1: 1 dc in first ch, ch 3, 1 dc in ch, ch 1, 1 dc, ch 3, 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc, ch 3, 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc, ch 3, 1 sl st in third ch in first dc. Row 2: Ch 1, *1 sc around ch between dc's, around 3-ch-loop make [5 dc, ch 1, 5 dc]*, repeat *-* 3 times, skip last sc and make 1 sl st instead in first sc. Finish off.

1. Join from side to side (horisontal), start with 2 sc in both ch (corners) in two black flowers, continue with 2 sc each in next 3 st, ch 2, sk 2, 1 dc in sc in the upper flower, then put the hook before the dc, yarn over, finish the next dc in the opposite flower, ch 2, sk 2, 2 sc each in next 3 st, 2 sc in ch (corner). Continue the same with next two flowers (a black and a darkgrey) and repeat 3 more times ? finish off. 2 - 3. Make the same as mentioned (1) by looking at the colour scheme above. 4.
