INSURANCE LIMIT REQUIREMENTS - Daniel & Company
COI LIMITS & REQUIREMENTS
1. Commercial General Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
2. Workers Compensation Insurance – per applicable statutory provisions
Employer’s Liability - $100,000 per accident / $500,000 disease limit/$100,000 per employee
3. Automobile Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence (owned, non-owned, and hired)
4. Umbrella Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence
5. Daniel & Company, Inc. is to be listed as the additional insured.
6. Confirming that such additional insured coverage shall apply as primary insurance and non-contributing with respect to any other insurance afforded t Owner and Contractor.
7. Subcontractor shall obtain from each of its insurers a waiver of
subrogation on Commercial General Liability in favor of Contractor
and Owner with respect to Losses arising out of or in connection
with the Work.
8. The project name is to be referenced on the certificate. One certificate per project.
9. A 30 day written notice of cancellation
10. General Liability coverage
11. Workman’s Compensation coverage
12. Automobile coverage
13. Excess Liability coverage
14. Insurance limits are to be equal to or greater than the required limits as outlined in the project specifications for each job.
