This quarter presented many challenges for the Trinity team and all of our new construction projects. Extreme weather, material shortages, and extended lead times were just a few of things we faced all while beginning new relationships with new brands. One of those new brands is O'Reilly Auto Parts for our trusted client partner Vaquero Ventures.

The project team of Superintendent Scott Thorne, Project Manager Andrew Martin, Project Engineer Courtney Lane, and Project Coordinator Alma Lloyd have FEARLESSLY attacked this project to maintain a schedule and budget which has proven difficult to do the past few months. SPIRITED, the project team was able to maneuver in ways to preserve both client and subcontractor relationships alike.

CORE VALUES IN ACTION

As we closed the quarter and began to see the sun shine once again it was all hands on deck to bring our first Dutch Bros across the finish line. The past few weeks the Trinity family came together to support the project team showing just how important the PEOPLE are in our Core Values.

COURTNEY LANE

Courtney came to Trinity to help do exactly what we talk about which is Live Our Core Values. Her role as a Project Engineer was a Fearless undertaking for both her being new to the GC world but also for Trinity as we took another step in setting a next standard for the market segments we perform in. This initiative has been received with great appreciation by our client and trade partners not only

for value the role brings but for the Spirited manner in which Courtney has attacked it. Thank you Courtney for all you do for our project teams and what you've brought to the Trinity family!
