Door Prizes & Promotional Material Request

October 12th 2007 GLE InterNACHI CHAPTER EVENT

My name is Jason Sieg, President of the Great Lakes-East Chapter (GLE Chapter) of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I am making a request on the chapters' behalf for promotional material and door prize items to be given out at our next chapter meeting. A list of suggestions is below. Our Chapter Meetings are Free to all who come. Therefore we are also interested in items that we may be able to raffle off as fund raisers to help support our growing chapter.

There are over 250 InterNACHI members and at least another 150 NonMember Home Inspectors in our area. We are also making an effort to invite Home Inspection Students, Home Inspection Educators, Government Agencies, Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Bankers, Home Buyers/Sellers and the General Public to join in at our next meeting.

Our meetings are informative to all who come. They are not geared to only inform Home Inspectors. Everyone who shows up feel as if they have learned something new. I am expecting 50 - 75 people and would not be surprised to see upwards to 100. Our chapter recently started a membership drive and has attracted 36 new chapter members.

The Great Lakes-East Chapter would like to give a special Thank You to all those who have supported our past chapter events. We have tried to make an attempt to have a link to the vendor with a description of what you have given to the chapter on our website. Please do not stop sending us your ongoing support.

Tool & Equipment Revie w

We are equally interested in starting a Tool & Equipment Review. This is where each chapter member (who wishes to participate) would take turns utilizing a vendor's donated piece of equipment. They would then post a review of that item on our upcoming chapter web site for all to see. The item would then be used as a chapter meeting door prize, fund raiser item or as a chapter training tool.
