THESE CONTEST RULES (¡°CONTEST RULES¡±) SET THE TERMS AND

CONDITIONS FOR THE CONTEST ¡°TREASURE MAP¡± (¡°CONTEST¡±) FOR

PLAYERS OF THE ONLINE GAME ¡°WORLD OF WARSHIPS¡± PLAYING ON NA

GAME CLUSTER (THE AMERICAS) EU GAME CLUSTER (EUROPE) OR ASIA

GAME CLUSTER (ASIA-PACIFIC).

B.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS

CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

C.

THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE OF AGE OF MAJORITY

UNDER THE LAW OF THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE. INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE

UNDER THIS AGE MAY PARTICIPATE ONLY IF THEIR PARENTS OR

GUARDIANS CONSENT TO THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST.

GENERAL RULES

1.

Sponsor

This Contest is organized by Wargaming Group Limited (the ¡°Sponsor¡±), registered at 105

Agion Omologiton Avenue, Nicosia 1080, Cyprus.

2.

(a)

Eligibility

Participation in this Contest is open only to individuals who enter in accordance with these

Contest Rules. Only individuals residing in United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria,

Belgium, Latvia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Czechia, Netherlands,

Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Spain, Hungary, Armenia,

Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, South Africa, Thailand,

Japan, Taiwan, China, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, USA, Canada (except for

the province of Quebec) or Argentina are eligible to win the prizes.

(b)

Each Contest participant (¡°Participant¡±) is responsible for providing accurate information as

to his/her name, age, email or physical address, if such information is requested. Individuals that

provide incomplete or false information are ineligible to participate.

3.

Prize Substitution

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part thereof with a prize of equal or

greater value in its sole discretion. The Participant is not entitled to receive a cash substitution

of the prize.

4.

Grant of Rights by Participants

By accepting these Contest Rules, each Participant grants Sponsor and its licensees the right to

use the Participant¡¯s name, image, likeness, and/or Prize information, and/or any portion of any

of the foregoing, for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes with respect to the

Contest in any media, throughout the world and in perpetuity, without compensation or notice

to, or with further consent of, the Participant.

5.

Waiver and Release of Liability by Participant

(a)

The liability of the Sponsor is unlimited for damages arising out of death, body injury or health

damage based as well as for damages that arose in case of fraudulent intent.

(b)

The liability of the Sponsor is unlimited for damages caused by the Sponsor by intent or gross

negligence.

(c)

In other cases, except under clause 5 (a), 5 (b) and 5 (d), Sponsor will only be liable to the

amount of the typically foreseeable damage.

(d)

Liability stipulated by applicable law remains unaffected.

(e)

The limitation period for claims for damages shall be one (1) year, except in case of clause 5

(a), 5 (b) and 5 (d) where the statutory statute of limitations shall apply.

6.

(a)

Tampering

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any person, who is or is

attempting to: (i) tamper with Sponsor¡¯s website and/or any part of the Contest; (ii) attempting

to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair

playing practices, (iii) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participants;

and/or (iv) otherwise violating these Contest Rules or the World of Warships End User License

Agreement (EULA), if applicable.

(b)

ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE SPONSOR¡¯S WEBSITE OR GAMES OR UNDERMINE

THE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND

CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE

RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER AVAILABLE REMEDIES FROM ANY

PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT

PERMITTED BY LAW.

7.

Sponsor¡¯s Right to Terminate this Contest

If there is evidence of fraud, tampering or unauthorized intervention with any portion of this

Contest, or if technical difficulties of any sort (e.g., computer viruses, bugs, server errors)

compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest

and not to award the prize.

8.

(a)

General Terms

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The provisions of these Contest

Rules do not exclude, limit or otherwise restrict the rights vested with the consumers upon

relevant provisions of the applicable law nor may be construed in this way. By entering, each

Participant agrees to comply with these Contest Rules and the World of Warships EULA.

(b)

In order to validly enter and in order to claim the Prize, Participants may be required to provide

Sponsor with certain personally identifiable information such as name, residential address, email

address and/or other contact and/or tax information. Such information may be used for the

purposes specifically described in these Contest Rules.

(c)

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Contest Rules shall not affect the

validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined

to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Contest Rules shall otherwise remain

in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal

provision were not contained herein.

(d)

All taxes, fees and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. In the

event that the selected winner of the Prize is ineligible or refuses the prize, the prize will be

forfeited and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another

Participant in the Contest.

SPECIFIC RULES

1. Nature of the Contest

Participants of the Contest can win a prize by unlocking 16 elements of the map available in one of

the following publications, corresponding on the game server of the Participant: NA:

by

fulfilling

requirements and performing actions described in the respective publication. The prize will be

provided to the Participant randomly drawn from the list of all the Participants who would have

unlocked all 16 elements of the map during the Contest Term.

2. Prize

The prize is a 7-day trip on a cruise ship for two persons, which will be arranged subject to the

conditions described below.

Within the maximum budget of USD 5,000.00 (five thousand US dollars) Sponsor will arrange

for:

? the cruise ship trip itself, meals and drinks included (to the extent the chosen trip provider

offers such ¡°all-inclusive¡± options);

? travel to and from the starting and ending points of the trip (where so agreed with the Prize

winner).

The specific logistics of the trip (i.e. dates, specific route etc.) will be determined by the Sponsor,

taking into account the wishes and convenience of the winner of the prize. However, the final decision

will be made by the Sponsor. The Sponsor will directly contact and pay the trip provider, travel

agencies and other parties involved in arranging the trip and will not compensate to the winner any

expenses undertaken directly by the winner unless such expenses are agreed by the winner with the

Sponsor beforehand. The Sponsor shall also not pay out any remaining prize budget to the Participant

in cash or otherwise.

It is the sole responsibility of the persons going on the trip to ensure that they satisfy all the

requirements for travel and entry into the respective countries, including having travel documents,

visas, proper vaccination status etc., and Sponsor shall not be responsible for their failure to comply

with such requirements.

3.

Contest Term

The Contest will take place:

on NA server: from 7 September until 5 October 2022 (10:00 UTC);

on EU server: from 8 September until 6 October 2022 (05:00 UTC);

on ASIA server: from 7 September until 5 October 2022 (21:00 UTC)

(the ¡°Contest Term¡±).

4. Provision of the Prize

The Sponsor will within 20 calendar days of the end of the Contest Term contact the winner of the

prize to discuss the details of the prize provision and logistics of the trip. The contact will be via email

linked to the winner¡¯s World of Warships game account. If the winner does not respond to the Sponsor

within 14 calendar days of the Sponsor¡¯s email, the Sponsor will contact another Participant among

those who have activated the Code.

Due to local legal limitations in Japan, if Participants residing in Japan win the prize, such

Participants will have to enter into an additional agreement with the Sponsor to receive the

prize.
