US History Propaganda Project - Weebly
Mr. Glaser and Mr. Maloney American History Propaganda Project
Propaganda posters are used to inspire patriotism and sacrifice for one’s own country, or to create a brutal image of the enemy. Your task is to create a propaganda poster for WW2.
• The entire poster must be hand-made and completely original. Plagiarized posters will receive no credit
• The poster must be in color, you may use any form or color you chose (don’t use pencil or pen as coloring)
• The poster must have some text that give clues to which war it’s about
• The poster must have some original art that give clues to which war it’s about
• The poster will be graded on creativity, effort, and historical accuracy.
In short, you must convince me of two things to get a good grade: that you understand the concept of propaganda, and that you have sufficient and accurate knowledge of the war for which the poster is made.
