BY THE BOARD: This Order memorializes action taken by the Board of Public Utilities (Board) at its November 8 Agenda Meeting.

The Board of Public Utilities' Customer On-Site Renewable Energy (CORI=) program offers prescribed financial incentives to New Jer:sey property owners to encourage the installation of Class I renewable energy technologies. Eligible applicants may receive rebates for a portion of the cost of installing solar, wind or sustainable biomass at their site.

The Staff of the Office of Clean Energy (aCE) has reviewed the application of Donaldson Farms for a monetary rebate in the amount of $168,000 under the CORE Program. The CORE rebate application requests a rebate toward installation of a solar electric system at 1i78 Airport Road Hackettstown. The number assigned to this application by aCE is BPU-21396. The Docket Number for this matter is EO071 0081 o. aCE finds that said application is c:omplete and fully conforms to all Board eligibility requirements for a rebate commitment under this program.

The Staff of the Office of Clean Energy has re~viewed the application of Le~onard Pollara for Upper Meadows Farm for a monetary rebate in the amount of $110,280 under the CORE Pr9gram. Based on the foregoing, the aCE recommends that the Board approve the iabove referenced rebate applications. Upon review, the Board E!~ that the applications fully conform to all relevant eligibility requirements for the CORE program.
