Parks, Historic Sites, & Trails

CONTEST RULES:

? Photos must be taken within the boundaries of Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites, or Trails (WSPHST) during the contest period (calendar year 2017). No park rules or laws may be broken while taking photos.

? Photos must be submitted via email to park.photos@ in JPEG format and be at least 300 dpi (2 MB size or greater) but not larger than 25 MB. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of photos. Up to 10 photos will be accepted per person.

? The person submitting a photo must be the one who took it and must have full rights to it and its contents, including written permission from any persons appearing in the photo. The email with the photo must also include a brief description of it, including the location (park, historic site, or trail) where it was taken and the preferred category for judging it.

? Photos may not be overly manipulated or stylized. Minor adjustments for red eye, cropping, HDR, exposure, saturation, shadows, hue, and the like may be acceptable at the discretion of WSPHST.

? Inappropriate, indecent, or distasteful photos will not be accepted.

? Watermarks, logos, or inserted text/graphics are not permitted. ? By submitting contest photos via email, entrants grant WSPHST

full use of the photos and reproductions for any purpose without compensation, including but not limited to publishing, marketing, and social media posts. Credit may or may not be given at the sole discretion of WSPHST. ? Employees and immediate relatives of employees of Wyoming State Parks during the contest period (2017) are not eligible to participate. ? WSPHST reserves the rights to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest and its rules at its sole discretion.
