upfront cost. The payment for Xbox All Access is spread over 24 months. With no upfront costs, and a low monthly repayment that is tied to your Singtel bill, Xbox All Access has everything you need to experience next generation gaming.

Q: Where and how do I buy Xbox All Access? A: To buy Xbox All Access, you must either be a Singtel mobile subscriber or a Singtel fibre broadband subscriber. You

can buy Xbox All Access on either your mobile or fibre subscription. You can purchase Xbox All Access from our Singtel stores () as well as online at .

Q: I already have an Xbox console. Can I just buy the Xbox Game Pass service from Singtel? A: Singtel does not sell the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate service separately at this point in time.

Q: Can additional accessories be added to my Xbox All Access purchase for a low monthly price? A: While we're always looking for new ways to give gamers the best value and choice, right now you can't add other

items such as Xbox accessories to be included in your Xbox All Access monthly payment at this time. However, additional accessories can still be purchased separately.

Q: Can I make multiple Xbox All Access purchases? A. Each Singtel mobile subscription or Fibre Broadband subscription entitles you to one Xbox All Access purchase. If you

have both a Singtel mobile subscription and a Singtel Fibre Broadband subscription, you can tie an Xbox All Access purchase to each of those plans (maximum of 2).

Xbox All Access ? Getting Started

Q: I've purchased Xbox All Access. How do I redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? A: Your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is delivered directly to your console. Redeem it during initial console

setup or later in the Settings app.

To redeem during initial setup: ? As you set up your new console, you'll be prompted to redeem the Digital Direct offers that come with it. If you decide not to redeem them then, the offers remain on the console until they're redeemed.

To redeem after setup in Settings app: ? Select Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of and redemption status of any Digital Direct offers included with your console.

Q: What should I do if I purchased Xbox All Access but don't see an option to redeem Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on my console?

A: If you do not see an option to redeem your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate through initial setup and/or through the Settings app, please follow the following steps: Perform a reset of your console in order to be prompted to claim your services. When resetting your console, please start by selecting "Reset and keep my game & apps". If the issue remains, please directly contact Singtel Customer Service at 1688. A Singtel customer service officer will need to verify your Xbox All Access account, console Serial Number, and determine next steps. Once we verify your Xbox All Access account is active, we may require you to perform a full factory reset. For this reason, we recommend you do not download any games until we verify your account.

Q: When I activate, I can see Game Pass ultimate claimed for 1 month. Is this correct? A: Yes. The Xbox All Access subscription provides month-to-month access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and automatically renews every month up to 24 months.

Q: Does the 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership have to go to whoever bought Xbox All Access? A: No, anyone can redeem the membership on the console purchased with Xbox All Access. Q: What happens to my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership if I return or cancel my Xbox All Access purchase? A: In order to receive your paid months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you must have activated your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate before you cancel. You cannot activate Xbox Game Pass Ultimate after you cancel. Any months ofXboxGame Pass Ultimate, Live Gold, or Game Pass that youhave paid for but not yet used will remain on your account afteryou cancel until they expire, up to a maximum of 36 months, inclusive of the 24 months that is part of All Access.

Early Termination of Xbox All Access

Q: What happens if I terminate my Xbox All Access earlier than the 24 months contract period? A: For early termination, there will be an early termination fee amounting to the full sum of the remaining months of

subscription fees. Upon early termination, your access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will also be terminated. You do not need to return the Xbox console. Q: Can I cancel my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership and reduce my payments? A: No. The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is included in the Xbox All Access purchase. You cannot cancel your membership and reduce your monthly payment.
