TO: COMCAST COMMUNICATIONS

The new modem went out at 11am - once again no phone and no Internet. I called Verizon Wireless and had 700 min a month added to my account at my expense because I was past my limit and Comcast had insulted me with a $20 credit for 4 days of no service and over 300 minutes of Cell Phone time with over 15 different Comcast agents. ................
