The rebate is issued in the form of an OfferWire Visa Prepaid Card. The rebate is only valid with purchase of new Comcast residential service(s) on or after 10/01/12. Offer expires 10/31/12 and redemptions must be postmarked within 90 days of service order date. Services must be activated within 30 days of the order date, maintained for a minimum of 60 days and account must be in good standing to qualify. Any changes to the order as placed, prior to the minimum activation time frame, negates the eligibility of the rebate.
