HELPFUL TIPS TO REACH A LIVE AGENT AT THE COMCAST BULK CENTER

Before making the call to speak to a Comcast agent for anything (billing, technician appointment, troubleshoot a technical problem... etc.), please review the following steps.

? Calling during semi-normal business hours (Mon-Sat, 8am-7pm) may make it easier to connect with a Comcast Bulk Center Representative.

? Have your Comcast account information handy (Comcast account number, the telephone number associated with the account, and any personal identification associated with the account, i.e. last four of the primary account holder's Social Security, or the last four digits of the payment method on file.) VERY IMPORTANT, If you are not calling from the telephone number associated with the account and don't know that telephone number, have your Comcast Account Number handy and enter when prompted.

? Call from the telephone number associated with your Comcast account. If this is not possible, please listen to the automated prompts carefully and enter the telephone number when asked.

? Dial Comcast at (1-800-934-6489). Listen carefully to the prompts.

? When the automated attendant asks any question about why you are calling, i.e.; "I see you have an appointment, are you calling about this?" "Are you calling about the Seasonal Convenience Plan?" Even if it is the reason you are calling just say "NO." The automated attendant will then ask "How can I help you today?" or something similar, please say "BULK AGREEMENT" and nothing else. The automated system will ask you to verify the account ? verify the account and this should route the call directly to a Bulk Center Representative. Then you can explain the reason for your call.

NOTE: If the call gets routed overseas (you can ask the agent where they are located), the representative may be able to send a signal to boxes or schedule an appointment (maybe). Our experience is that they really cannot help you. If at all possible, call during the business hours referenced above.
