Every Thanksgiving there are always the people that stay up to watch football and the people that pass out, so why is that? Turkey is packed with a nutrient called tryptophan. Tryptophan is one of 20 naturally occurring amino acids. Turkey also boosts melatonin production, which makes us tired and also makes us stay asleep. So we here at The Bronc hope you had a great Thanksgiving and enjoyed your family, or your nap. 3rd and 4th Grade Field Tripby Kimberly HatcherThe week of Tuesday Nov. 5th, the 3rd and 4th grade classes took a field trip. They went to a concert at the Oklahoma City Symphony. I had the opportunity to Interview two of the 4th grade girls, Melody and Jasey. They told me about how much fun it was and explained to me what kind of things they did. One of the learning opportunities they got to participate in was learning about multiple different instruments, after they learned about an instrument they would play a fun song with it so the students could get a better idea of its sound.
