• Rowers must complete the following individual times. For each sex and year group the pupil that goes the furthest wins. Races to be shown on a big screen. National standard Gold Medal Targets (GMT) have been calculated and comparisons can therefore be made across year groups and sexes.

• Each race will involve a pupil from each of the 8 SSPs. Once the race has been completed competitors will gain a

number from 1 – 8. Number 1 indicates 1st position and number 8 indicates 8th position. The SSP with the lowest

total will win the team competition.

• A male/female relay will then take place where the 3 Yr. 7 and 3 Yr. 8 males/3 Yr.7 and 3 Yr. 8 females from each partnership form a team of 6 and complete 500m each. The winning team will complete 3000m the fastest.

The same relay will take place with teams made up from Yr.9 & 10 doing 1000m each, 6000m in total.

• Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to be awarded to individuals.
