First, please ask your coalition to complete the following survey. Second, please ask as many of your key stakeholders to complete this survey. Think about who may have special knowledge of each of the prevention priorities (underage drinking, binge drinking, drinking and driving, and prescription drug abuse). Key stakeholders would hopefully include someone from a local hospital or pharmacy board, law enforcement, school personnel, City or Tribal council members, etc. (collect a minimum of 20)., compile the results from both sets of surveys (Natalie will send you the results upon request).Fourth, have your coalition discuss the differences, similarities, and perceptions that arise from the results. The coalition should talk about why these differences might exist and try to come to a consensus on the scores and level of readiness by balancing the results.
