Acclaimed singer-songwriter-producer Bazzi has released his highly anticipated debut album COSMIC, available now at all DSPs via iamcosmic/Atlantic Records. Bazzi will celebrate the release of COSMIC with a series of soon to be announced live performances, including his TV debut performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show next Thursday, April 19th (check local listings).

Heralded by his breakthrough RIAA-certified Platinum single “Mine,” COSMIC arrives amidst Bazzi’s continued chart success. Currently #12 on the Billboard Hot 100, the single reached #1 on Apple Music’s Pop Streaming chart, #1 on Shazam’s Global Top 100, and went top 5 on Spotify’s Overall Global Chart. The sultry song – which boasts a total worldwide streaming number exceeding 300 million to date – has taken multiple radio formats by storm, debuting on CHR/Top 40 outlets nationwide in the same week of its initial impact. This week “Mine” is Top 15 at Pop radio and Top 10 at Rhythmic radio where it has proven an unprecedented favorite. What’s more, the “Mine” companion video is an equivalent sensation, now boasting over 41 million views via YouTube alone. The single has received an outpour of co-signs from the press and his peers, including the likes of Taylor Swift (who featured “Mine” as the first track on her Songs Taylor Loves playlist), BTS, Liam Payne, DRAM and more.

COSMIC, written predominantly by Bazzi and co-produced by Bazzi and Rice N Peas, features recently released tracks “Honest,” “Gone” and “Why?” – all of which expertly build upon his signature Detroit R&B/pop sound. The collection also includes “Beautiful,” one of Bazzi’s first hugely popular independent online releases.

“I think this album will be a home for a lot of people, a place you can come to and relate” said Bazzi of COSMIC. “It’s truthful, every single song is an extension of me and a truthful piece of inspiration from my past or something I’m currently going through.”

Bazzi will celebrate the album release with a continued busy live schedule, including performances as special guest on Camila Cabello’s sold out “Never Be The Same” North American tour. This summer will see the announce of more live dates, including Manchester, TN’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival (June 10th) and Chicago, IL’s Lollapalooza (August 2-5th).
