It begins life as an egg(frogspawn), then it becomes a tadpole, then a tadpole with 2 legs, then a tadpole with 4 legs, then it becomes a froglet and finally when it’s tail becomes smaller and disappears it becomes an adult frog! Bet you didn’t know there were so many stages! You can watch the lifecycle of a frog on youtube- and emotions during this timeThis can be a very worrying time for both parents and children and it is often very hard for our children to understand why we have to stay in and stay away from their friends and aunties, uncles, cousins and grandparents at the moment. Don’t be afraid to discuss their feelings and emotions with them and allow them to talk openly about it.
